Your Telehealth care journey begins with a secure online health assessment. You’ll share your medical history, current medications, and lifestyle details so a licensed clinician can evaluate whether treatment may be appropriate. Follow-up questions are handled through your secure patient account, and when required by state Telehealth regulations, a virtual visit may be scheduled. Payment is collected before provider review and canceled if treatment is not prescribed.
A licensed medical clinician reviews your assessment as part of your personalized Telehealth evaluation. Depending on your state and clinical needs, this review may take place through secure portal messaging or a live virtual consultation. Your clinician will determine eligibility, discuss appropriate options, and recommend a treatment plan if medically appropriate.
If prescribed, your medication is sent to a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy authorized to serve your state. Your compounded formulation is prepared according to your clinician’s prescription and in accordance with established pharmacy quality and safety standards before being prepared for shipment.
Once approved, your medication is delivered directly to your home through a recurring 4 week program. Your Telehealth care includes ongoing clinician oversight, with adjustments made as needed based on your individual response and clinical requirements. Plans can be paused or modified in coordination with your provider.
