Everything you need to stay supported, encouraged, and on track, all in one place.
Start here! We’ll give you a quick tour of what to use and when.
We’re Jason and Shelly, your health coaches and cheerleaders. We’ve been health coaches for over 8 years and have had the joy of walking alongside more than 10,000 clients on their wellness journeys. What matters most to us is seeing real, lasting change, and that means looking at the whole person, not just the number on the scale. We’re here to help you build habits that stick, feel your best, and know you’re not doing this alone.
We designed this 3-phase journey to help you understand what’s happening in your body and why patience pays of, especially with sublingual GLP-1s.
Build the foundation
This phase usually lasts 1–2 months. Your goal isn’t rapid weight loss, it’s consistency.
The medication is building in your system, and your body is learning to respond.
What’s happening:
Success in this phase is about showing up: taking your med daily, fueling with protein, staying hydrated, and tracking wins (not just weight).
You may not see major weight changes yet, but change is happening under the surface.
Lose weight with momentum
This is when most clients begin to notice visible fat loss.
The medication has now “activated” and your new habits are working with it, not against it.
What’s happening:
This is the time to refine your food choices, increase movement if you can, and celebrate non-scale wins like clothes fitting better or having more control.
This isn’t about speed, it’s about staying in the zone where the scale moves gradually and sustainably.
Make it last for life
Once you’ve lost weight, the real focus becomes maintaining your results and elevating your health.
This phase is where you build resilience, balance, and confidence in your lifestyle.
What’s happening:
The med is now supporting maintenance, while your habits are supporting freedom. This is where long-term health is built, one day at a time.
The goal here is to feel strong, confident, and in control, without relying on willpower.
I am 33.4 lbs down! Thank you for the support. I am feeling better everyday. The last two years were tough with the divorce and stress.
I’m feeling so much better mentally, physically, and emotionally. I have a goal to lose 30 more pounds by the end of the year.
-Ryan, MN (Compounded GLP-1)
For once I wasn’t starving all the time which allowed me to regulate portions. 2 lbs down.
-Pam, FL (Tirzepatide)
Got my water and a 4-5 mile walk all 7 days. 9 lbs and counting!
-Debbie, IN (Compounded GLP-1)
Since I started on this medication, I am down exactly 20 pounds. My goal is to drop another 40 to 50 pounds. If possible, my energy level is increasing and exercise is much more pleasurable.
-Scott, NJ (Tirzepatide)
