GetReliefRX Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GetReliefRX website, mobile interfaces, and related digital services (the “Platform”).

Through the Platform, GetReliefRX provides access to telehealth consultations, prescription coordination, compounded medication services, and wellness programs designed to support metabolic health and weight management.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Reside in a state where Services are offered;
• Provide accurate and complete medical information.

Services may change or be unavailable based on regulatory requirements.

2. Healthcare Services

• Medical services are provided by licensed healthcare providers practicing through affiliated medical groups.
• GetReliefRX provides administrative, technological, and operational support but does not interfere with clinical decision-making.
• All treatment decisions, including prescribing, are made solely by licensed providers.

3. Compounded Medications

Certain medications may be compounded formulations.
You acknowledge:

• Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
• They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.
• They are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines that an FDA-approved alternative is unavailable, unsuitable, or clinically inappropriate for your individual needs.
• Compounded medications may differ from commercially manufactured drugs.

4. GLP-1 and Weight Management Services

Certain Services may involve GLP-1 receptor agonists or other medications for metabolic health or weight management.
You acknowledge:

• Weight loss results are not guaranteed.
• Individual outcomes vary.
• Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate.
• Medications are not prescribed for cosmetic purposes.
• Ongoing monitoring may be required.
• You must disclose accurate medical history.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in denial or discontinuation of treatment.

5. No Medical Advice via Platform Content

• Content on the Platform, including AI-assisted communications, is informational only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Only licensed providers may provide diagnosis or prescribe treatment.
• Do not rely on Platform content for urgent medical decisions.

6. Not for Emergencies

The Platform is not for emergency use. Call 911 for emergencies.

7. Financial Responsibility and Subscriptions

• Services are generally cash-pay.
• Consultation fees cover professional evaluation and administrative services, regardless of prescribing outcome.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel by contacting support or through your account portal prior to renewal.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Pharmacy and Third-Party Services

• If prescribed, medications may be dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners.
• Pharmacies are solely responsible for dispensing compliance.
• We are not responsible for third-party services, delays, or regulatory decisions.

9. HIPAA and Privacy

We comply with HIPAA where applicable and maintain appropriate Business Associate Agreements.
We do not sell Protected Health Information.
Tracking technologies are configured in accordance with FTC and HHS guidance.

10. SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional and marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by GetReliefRX or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetReliefRX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

• These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and Montana law.
• Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
• You waive the right to jury trial and class action participation.
• You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
