The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved this compounded medication. However, prescription compounded medications are legal and subject to the Federal FD&C Act section 503A.
SHAKE WELL before use to avoid medication settling. Recommended use before bedtime or at least 30 minutes before the first food, drink, or medication of the day
The typical administration process is to brush teeth and even floss immediately prior to treatment for best absorption.
Then place the indicated volume under the tongue to be absorbed there for a maximum of 5 minutes, and then swallow.
You might experience an increase in saliva production.
Do not take 2 doses at once or extra doses
Before Taking Tirzepetide Suspension
Notify your healthcare provider if you have a personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Do not take Semaglutide if you have any of the conditions previously listed or are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Do not take this medication if you have, or are currently treating type-1 diabetes, or if you have ever had depression or thoughts of suicide without consulting your physician.

Potential Side Effects, Precautions, and Allergic ReactionsÂ
The most common side effects, reported in ≥5% of patients treated with Semaglutide, are nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, decreased appetite, vomiting, and constipation. Severe side effects to Semaglutide can include pancreatitis, complications related to Diabetic Retinopathy, Acute Kidney Injury (AKI), and hypoglycemia when used with insulin or other insulin secretagogues. Do not use this medication if you are allergic to the following: Fruits and Nuts. Signs of an allergic reaction are the appearance of a rash, hives, itching, blistered or peeling skin, tightness in the chest, swelling of the lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty swallowing, or difficulty breathing. If you experience any of these side effects, stop taking the medication, call 911, and contact your doctor immediately.
What Drugs or Supplements Interact with The Active Ingredient?
Semaglutide delays gastric emptying. Avoid coadministration of Semaglutide with insulin or other insulin secretagogues, other GLP-1 receptor agonists, and other oral medications. Follow the Directions for Use included in this patient education leaflet. Consider increased clinical or laboratory monitoring for medications that have a narrow therapeutic index or that require clinical monitoring.
Storage
Store this medication in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to excessive heat, sunlight, or dampness. Do not refrigerate.
