Refund and Cancellation Policy

GetReliefRX is committed to customer satisfaction. Please review the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations for medications:

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of prescription medications, refunds are not typically offered once a medication has been dispensed. If you believe there has been an error with your order or you received a defective product, please contact customer support at billing@getreliefrx.com or 888-534-5687 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate your concern on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution.

Additionally, if your order has not yet been processed or dispensed, you may cancel and request a full refund. If you have not received your order within 14 days of the expected delivery date, please contact customer support to investigate the issue and determine eligibility for a refund.

Please take any leftover prescriptions to your local pharmacy’s medication disposal bin for safe disposal.

Cancellation Policy: You can manage your subscription and cancellation through your online account or by contacting customer support at billing@getreliefrx.com or 888-534-5687. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period, with continued product receipt until then if applicable.
