Daily Steps…
STEP 1:
Shake Before You Take
It’s a gel, so give it a good shake each time to mix it evenly. Bedtime works best. You’ll avoid food or drink interruptions and ease into rest while your medication gets to work.
STEP 2:
Wait, Brush and Floss
A clean mouth is key. Brush and floss your teeth at least 2 hours after eating. Under the Tongue, Not On Top. Use the dropper to place your dose beneath your tongue, right where it absorbs best.
STEP 3:
Let It Sit (5 Minutes)
Keep it there without swallowing for 5 full minutes. Take your time, this step matters. Swallow What’s Left. It’s normal to have extra saliva. Just swallow when time’s up.

Here’s What Happens Next.
1. Complete Your Online
Health Assessment
We’ll match you with a licensed healthcare provider based on your state (some states will require uploading your ID), choose the medication your interested in.
2. Get Approved
You’ll receive a notification by email and text that you have a message from your provider with approval or further question. You can access your message portal in your account.
3. If Approved
Log in to your account to complete your next step. You’ll see a banner at the top of your dashboard, and under the subscriptions tab, you’ll be able to confirm and purchase the medication prescribed.
4. Receive Your Medication
Once approved, your prescription is filled and shipped directly to your door (please allow up to 10-14 business days).
5. Meet Your Coach
You’ll be paired with a health coach to guide you on your journey, free of charge. They are there for questions, motivational lift and tips to help you along your journey.
6. Track Your Progress
Stay supported and on track with your daily dose, coaching tips, and hydration goals.
Your account is where it all comes together. You can manage your medications, update your info, and get in touch when needed, quickly and easily.

You may have a vacation coming up, or you’re getting a little low on medication, and you need to adjust your renewal date. We are happy to do this for you!

If you plan to be out of the country or need to hold off on medications due to medical reasons, we can put your account on hold or postpone your renewal to a date of your choice. Holds are really used for emergencies, but we understand that priorities may require you to hold off for a month or two.
